Shipping Information

We calculate all shipping charges at the time of checkout, and use the exact item weight with the carrier's rates in order to get the best rate possible. This method ensures the most accurate rates possible and avoids unnecessary shipping over charges. As opposed to our competitors , we do not inflate the shipping charges. Even though we have the best prices in the industry …we do not make money from the shipping costs, and therefore keep our prices as low as possible. Below is a table of the shipping options you will have at the time of checkout:

Auto Interior Styles ships most orders within 2-3 business days from the date the order is received (this excludes weekends and holidays). During the holiday season and car show seasons, this may take an extra day. If you chose standard (US Ground) shipping, you should expect your items within 6 business days of placing your order. All Custom Molded Carpet kits are manufactured as ordered, and then shipped by the appropriate carrier. If damages occur in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

Product Fit Guarantee

In the unlikely event that an item was manufactured incorrectly or the product received is not what was ordered, Auto Interiors Styles will replace the item with a correctly manufactured item (same year, make, model, color and material that was ordered) after the original item has been returned, inspected and found to be incorrect. In some cases, a digital photo may be requested from the customer, and may be sufficient evidence. We will not refund or replace any items that have been cut, altered or damaged through use. Once the product has been installed, it is impossible to determine if it was manufactured incorrectly or installed incorrectly. This Product Fit Guarantee does NOT include cases when the product has been installed incorrectly, or has been cut/altered incorrectly by the installer. We CANNOT guarantee the quality of the installer's work, and we urge you to tell your installer to verify the fit BEFORE cutting the product. We recommend that every customer review the Installation Instructions and view the videos and read the list of instructions before beginning your installation. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that they received the correct product BEFORE cutting, altering or installing the product.

Our Product Fit Guarantee only applies to vehicles that have not been modified from the factory original specifications. We do not guarantee that our products will fit aftermarket modifications or will fit with other aftermarket products installed. The products we sell are designed and manufactured to fit as original; any exceptions will be listed on the item detail page.These include altered floor pans, modified or replaced bucket or bench seat assemblies ,custom built consoles added ect.

Item Returns

When returning an item, you must contact us first for return authorization. All items received that have not been authorized for return will not be accepted. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been used, cut, trimmed, glued, altered, or damaged through use. Again we strongly recommend that every customer review the Installation Instructions.
